Terms of Service

Using Brolick

Brolick is a training tracker that logs your workouts and gives you deterministic, data-driven coaching guidance and, where you follow a structured programme, adaptive recommendations. You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to consent to this kind of service to create an account.

Not medical or professional advice

Brolick Coach and Adaptive Training analyse your logged training data and suggest load, rep, and volume changes. This is training guidance, not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified coach — particularly if you are managing an injury or health condition. Brolick does not diagnose, and its recommendations should be used at your own judgement and discretion.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Brolick's recommendations are only as good as the training data you log.

Programmes you create

If you author and publish a programme that other users enrol in, you're responsible for the prescriptions it contains. Deleting your account does not remove a published programme that other users are actively following — it becomes unowned rather than being deleted, so their history and enrolment aren't disrupted.

Service availability

Brolick is provided during an active development/beta period. Features may change, and we can't yet guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost — see Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service (e.g. attempting to access another user's data, or automated abuse of rate limits) at our discretion.
